OCTEC is Australia’s largest not-for-profit specialist Disability Employment Services (DES) provider.
OCTEC’s customised DES program is a free service that can support eligible NDIS participants secure open employment opportunities.
When NDIS participants are undertaking DES services, they are still able to continue to receive all their NDIS Supports with your organisation.
Partnering with you, OCTEC will make sure participants NDIS Supports work in conjunction with their tailored DES Job Plans.

OCTEC’s DES services includes access to a range of financial supports (including Wage Subsides) as well the purchase of work related licencing & certificates, workplace attire, workplace modifications and travel assistance.

Right for Participants?
- Aged 15 to 65 years old
- Are voluntarily seeking access to work
- Have an active NDIS plan with an employment goal or would like to work
- Have an Employment Services Assessment showing you are able to work between 8 to 30 hours per week
- Are not subject to any mutual obligation requirements
